PHPnuke?

    Hey everybody.

    Well my friend wants to use phpnuke for his website but is not sure if its really secure. Do you think its secure? Ive heard alot of people say different things and i dont know which one to belive. Please help me out and tell me what you think about phpnuke so i can help my friend.

    Wel if you have to choose among the CMS , i will say use mambo , joomla ... Phpnuke is very insecure and also takes a lot of system resources and bandswidth.

    I also wouldn't recommend PHPNuke to anyone, I find it quite a poor program personally. As FireStorM suggested, check out Mambo or Joomla.

    me too, recommended joomla, since it's lightweight, clean look and fast, and not to forget, templating is easy once u understand the css and table design.

    Joomla for me too.I am using phpnuke on a site that is continually getting hacked.Joomla = 100 times better.

    Go with Joomla. it is best right now i think and easy to use and you can find a lot componence for it
