Picking the right CMS ... switching from Reddot

    Im currently using Reddot, and am looking into switching to another cms.
    Would anyone please recommend a cms that has a workflow that would allow for different levels of user permissions for publishing, can be hosted on a personal server, has an asset manager and is easy to launch multiple sites and pages. Those are just the basics of what I need. I just need someone to point me in the right direction.

    Don't understand all of your points (not sure what you mean by an asset manager), but I think that Joomla has the tools for the other points. Worth taking a look at the joomla forum on Joomla.org. I have spent many an hour there asking and browsing answers and you can usually find the answers you need there.
