Picture ads for picture web sites

Hi people, my english is bad at the moment so i am sorry if you cant understand some words... please ask if you dont understand something.
So i have web site with wallpapers for phones, in the gallery i have made to show images 6x4(Columns x Rows) and i have it adsensed(haha this sounds good - adsensed) for about 3 months, with 2 text ads, one in footer and one in header, one week ago i experimentend and made the ad in the footer to show only picture ads... and from this ad now i have about 60% more clicks than before.
So if you dont understand... the whole idea is that the user stop watching very well what he clicks if he clicks things that are somewhat alike... so when the user scroll down most of the times he/she click the ad without noticing it is an ad .

Please ask if you dont understand something, ill look what i have typed wrong in the dictionary .

P.S. - Is this somewhat of a fraud? I mean can google ban my site for doing that?
Please dont ask me about my site, how many clicks i get and so on...

 

Comeon people say something, am i genius or this is already known?
