Picture Photoshoping Web Application - Help/Collaboration?

    Hey.
    I have an idea for a website where you could go to upload one of your pictures and then have it photoshoped in a certain way. The way is key. It is something that you guys see everyday but never try. I believe that if people were able to do it for free, many, many would. I don't know much about computer graphics though.
    What do you guys recommend doing to pursue this?
    Would any of you want to team up?
