That sucks, we (the wife and i) go to a gym called planet fitness. its really cheap, only $40 a month for the two of us, and the hours are great, they are open till 10 all through the week.

Being closed on the weekends would be a big problem for me, its the only time i would get to go. Occasionally i slide in there during the week, but its hard.

hellif I know! A lot less than our UK (and abroad) counterparts though. I think UK and similar are like $7 a gallon, we're more like $4

even better! Just find some thing else to do on Sundays..like grillin'

That was the same here.. But they always close for holidays. Not that I consider Father's Day an official holiday that should warrant a gym closing. Hell, that is one of the places I wanted to be.

    Oh well.

Yeah, we have the early close times in the summer on the weekend here too. Does not bother me since I get to the gym at around 7ish - 8ish.. depending on how motivated I am.

Lucky for me the bike trail runs perpendicular to the Y and my office, so I can ride my bike to the gym, then onto work. It gives me yet another excuse to get lazy on the leg workouts.

I need to find some workout gloves that do not bleed dye... I had some cheapo ones my wife found at Wal-Fart since I refuse to shop there... They looked and felt great, but when you sweat, the dye gets all over your hands.

So I got some really expensive ones, like, $25 for the pair at MC Sports, and even those have started to leak dye onto my skin. They started falling apart at the stitching too!

I need some decent, REAL, non-dyed leather workout fingerless gloves.. Any suggestions? Preferably some that can double as my bike riding gloves.... Those too, leak dye. It happens when they get wet, or you sweat, it sucks!!!

BTW.. Anyone wanna guess what is in the picture through my window in the back yard at my office? Can you see the animal? What is it?

No, not the picture below the window, that's a cat my kid drew for me. I'm taking about the white outline outside.. It was kind bright so the cam did not take a very good shot of the outside light.
