Pinging A Blog and Changing Anchor Text ?

    I want to know that is it good to ping a blog once a month or i should ping after 2-3 days ?

    Secondly i want to know that is it good to change anchor text continuously like i have used 1 anchor today and using another after 3 to 4 days for the same URL.

    Pinging your blog should be done regularly appropriately with a 3 days interval, if you continuously change your signature or your anchor text most specially here in the forum it will provide good result.
