Hi everyone! I just opened an account in Pinterest. Should I be worried about the copyright policy (regarding photos) of Pinterest?
    Thanks! :)

I don't think so. I've been posting in Pinterest bunches of photos, but it seems working well. Actually, when you look at other users boards, you can see those images they pinned can be seen also in Google images.

Pinteresting is something that keeps me busy nowadays. Fun and easy sharing. With regards on legality, i dont think there's any hang-ups on the matter of copyright policy. Ive encountered none so far.

At the time of signing up, Pinterest states that they have rights to disable or terminate the accounts in case of repeatedly being charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. That's an interesting tack, SWS. I'll keep that in mind.

To the OP: you have no worries if the photographs you post are your own, and do not infringe on the rights of other photographers.

I know that Flickr has an option to keep your photos from appear on Pinterest. Honestly I think one should allow them on the site - you might find new Flickr followers you previously never had.

I love affiliate marketing on Pinterest right now!

There are all sorts of questions about Pinterest right now. Personally I'm not too worried. It's a site to have fun on. But it can be used for marketing with great results. That's when the image thing can get a little sticky. But I still don't think it's something to be overly concerned about.

I just started my pinterest lately and I know that it is safe to use Pinterest and copy some images in different website as long that they have contribution through the source link.
