    You can remove one of the header banners. Sidebar barrer is alright.

    Yuck, what's up with the Ad you have to close when you first get to your site? Get rid of that, ruins the user experience.

    Top banner IMO should be just an image, no text, better CTR from images. Text ads are nicely blended in with your site.
