    I run this gaming site with another person, we just moved to another design and im look at where to put the adsense, we dont want the adsense to be the main point of the page (rather the content) but the adsense to be integrated into the page so it doesn't stand out

    create one link unit(horizontal) at top(just below the logo)
    One ad unit in white box like your content have
    One ad unit in left side,
    After analyzing the performance in some days try to make it more better

    your game site is awesome. How long your site has been around? if its brand new, I suggest you to wait a while before you put adsense on. As long as you have certain among of visitors, you will get good revenus with google absense.

    First of all, I think your site looks great! As for ad placements, I think a horizontal link unit at the top would look good, and some horizontal content blocks within the site content.
