Placement help please

i m new in here i would like to know what do you think about my new website ads placement.

and is there any anyway to promote it for free. i already joined sitemap and added the xml file.
the website is about 4 days old and no one knows about it yet
is there anything more to add?

 

Seems fine to me apart from I suggest you remove the white border from the left hand skyscraper - will blend better with the background. So, what's a cute French girl doing hanging around in a place like this?

is there anyway i can promote my website other than google sitemap?
as for your second question i like everything related to computers and programming. so why not making some money out of it.

I'd seriously consider writing articles and submitting to article directories (if you don't already).

You can get great traffic as the articles begin to circulate around. Google "article directories" and you should come up with a lot more places to put them.

 

well for me the first thing that i see is a whole bunch of links. you could do with a little of laying things out and reducing the amount of links to see with some design.

the left area looks too squeezed for me to look there

 

I think you would put the horizontal banner on the op of the page, also try to change the look of questions one after the other, for me I would out a question in a big font and 2 lines of the answer in smaller font and so on....
This would also give you a place to put another adds between the lines in a blended way
