Placement help

I just recently launched my new arcade site, ArcadeVids. Currently I'm advertising through a banner exchange site and getting 700+ uniques/day. However my CTR is very low. Any advice on how to improve my ad placements would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

I would move the one on the bottom left up the page. Some people disagree but I like to put a color that will attract attention.

you could blend it in even more by choosing to show only 1 ad (the smaller banner) and make the description of the items underneath smaller.

This way you'd get more somehting like this:
    www.online-email-marketing.info

you could also mix the random games with ads using the script that I used on the site above.

You can get the script here: www.seo-portal.com/AdRotator.txt

Thanks nikao! That looks interesting... I've sent you a PM :)

I'm not sure about adding attention-attracting colours. The most I've done is added a black border around the ads on each of the game's pages. I think this will increase attention and also eliminate the accidental clicks. That being said, what colours do you recommend I use?

well i think blending in works the best, so you are ok with the colors as they are right now.

I'd just alter the layout of your content to match it more to the ads :)
