    your "its about greeting" can be pushed to top where you ads is, and few ads can be brought over there, move mission to other page, a more ad.
    reduce the widht of the left navigational links, and the central content, put some ads "Recently Added eGreeting Cards" in this section and " Recently Added Paper Cards"

    try to give the ads a better place as on the top in the middle too so i think it will be better then

    You could try integrating a block with the nav bar on the left, see how that goes. Just make sure you try lots and lots of different configurations to get the best one.
