    imho, you need more content above the fold. your header is big and red and takes up a ton of space. instead of the top horizontal ad being above the content, try moving the content up and embedding the ad in the content, but still above the fold. You also need more content. I feel like there is more adsense than content.

    Looks nice and it meets my taste, only th body section in the middle is to bright, maybe use not white but a very bright blue...

    You should try place a rectangle between all the boxes. OR put a banner size format beside tutorialsroom.com logo. :) try that! :D
