Placement problem

    i run a forum and recently placed adsense text links in my header, after i did that all my fourm categories moved to the centre of the page they have shifted to the middle am i missing a bit of code ????

    Sorry, I don't know much about the coding/scripting of forums.

    Perhaps someone in the php forum would be able to help you more. If you're using phpBB, maybe go directly to their website forums.

    you shouldn't put them in your header if it is phpBB because that means ads will appear on log-in pages etc. where no content is displayed so it is against tos,
    i place it in between posts and on index page maybe, will get more clicks like this also as header is too seperated imo

    There are several pages that Google Adsense prohibits which includes registration and thank-you pages. This means you CANNOT edit the header or footer templates to include AdSense!

    I read through their Terms of Services very carefully and wrote an article on exactly which templates in phpBB you should edit to include AdSense. This might solve your centering problem too. Checkout the article at http://ericm.ca/2008/web-development/phpbb-300-and-google-ads
