    Hmmm very "busy" site but mostly blended well. I like the way your ads placed all the way to the right blend in with the Recent Posts.

    It looks like you've used every opportunity: referral for AdSense, Google Search, and all your AdSense blocks...

    Not sure what else you really could do except to experiment with the placement of the links on the left side. I'm thinking you might try an "above-header" placement and see how it performs.

    My recommendation isn't connected to adsense.. Why don't you try to experiment with background? To me it was hard to read because of that green color on background
