    I get decent CTR, not as high as I used to before this current design. However, I think due to the fact that with the last version of the site I had poor content, it drove people to click on the ads to find what they wanted. Now that I do have decent content, they are staying on the site longer (according to stats) and not clicking on links. Good and bad I suppose, as I am gaining more and more people to the site so quantity should eventually compensate for smaller CTR.

    under the 4 links from Pet Education you could put a rectangle ad to look the same...

    not sure what to say about the images near the top ads
