Placement suggestions

Is this good ..... where should i put my ads on pages.

In other pages on site i included only adlink..... Where can i put some banner also to have higher ctr !

The link unit is almost fine, try to blend it more. The ad units are wrong.
Try to put 1 ad unit in the middle of the article (at the right) so the ad will be covered with the article text.

Also, try to add another ad unit at the start/end of the article (maybe 468X60).
You have blank space in your right and left sided of the page. You can try put there 160X600 or 120X600 ad unit (under the current text&links).

Try to change the link unit background color to #D3DBE8.
