oh that's a really great list, thanks very much for sharing, i am interested in writing photoshop tutorials and i would be very interested in promoting them on these sites, the only thing is, do them sites allow a backlink when you submit them?

You can submit your videos through youtube. Everybody looks into youtube.

 

That's a good idea aaron, but the more exposure one gets, the better, so it's best to submit it everywhere you can. That means YouTube + Video Tutorial Websites.
