    I am using Wordpress and would like to place ads at the end of the article before the comments. I would like for this placement to be for all articles, so placing it in an individual article is not sufficent. I have seen many blogs structured this way so I must be missing something fairly basic. thanks

    You need to place the ad code within "the loop".

    Yeah so it repeats on all pages. If you don't know how I'm sure there is a tutorial for that exact problem somewhere.
