    I think the time for SEO is dead. I want to start a real store in India and want to know some platforms online from where I can raise equity for investment in real life store.

    Also what is crowd funding? do I need a pvt ltd company registered in India for raising crowd funding?

    As with your online businesses you need to start with a business plan. Investors will want to see your planning as part of their due diligence. If family offer to invest without seeing it respectfully decline as they'll be difficult.

    My understanding is that Kickstarter and Indiegogo, two longtime crowdsource funding platforms here in the U.S., also help startups in India.
