    i have created a new Site www.fungali.com & placed adsense ads.

    Please can somebody tell me that placement of ads are ok or not.

    and if you have some suggestions then please tell me.

    The ads don't blend very well (e.g. the second post ad)

    I would also put a break between the shoutbox and your ad.
    Why don't you put the first ad below your navigation, this way it would show everywhere.

    the forums are not bad. The ads don't blend in well. maybe adding more to your column so they look more natural on your site. Maybe a top live forum list and/or forum stats in that column to help blend them in.

    You could also try putting in a google search at the top of the forums template page. Give users a chance to search google quickly from your forums.
