    I'm no expert on placement, but I bet if you had the mods move this to the right section, you'd get a much better response.

    Place one ad in the top area. Change the site design. Make it clutter free and easy to read. Apply adsense as per google adsense heat map. Read more here for optimization tips. It i a continuous learning process.

    How about replacing that citibank (top right corner) banner with a 468x60 adsense. In that case, users can see that ad straight the moment the page is loaded without to stroll down the page.

    When I visited I didn't even see a google ad without scrolling. This can't be good.

    Move adsense above the fold. Like somebody else said, look at the heatmap.
