    Standard banner not so good, maybe you can try rectangular ads. Besides, ads inside the post is one of the good option

    You've done a very good job; anyway your adsense ads are hard to spot; you should probably go for a larger ad size between posts.

    the blog it self has a simple, yet classy look

    probably better off using a rectangular shaped addd incorporated within the posts insead of the standard banner
