I would remove the skyscraper -- they perform poorly on every test that's ever been done. Remove the 468 ad banner at the top (in the middle column) and replace it with a 468 Adsense ad (make the ad's background and border color black and the text white to "blend" it into the background). Then I would find ways to sprinkle either one, or two additional Adsense blocks along the rest of your front page. Perhaps in-between the entries, or in the entry boxes themselves. Your adlinks at the top left corner looks good, though.

P.S. You can move the 468 banner ad at the top to someplace else so you don't lose the revenue.

Thanks for the response. The banner in the middle is a ValueClick banner and I think they say that it has to be above the fold so I am not sure where to move it. The banner in the top right is a CJ banner and well it has done ZERO.
I do like the idea about the switching the center ad out with a Google ad.

The adlinks at the top left actually do well and get the most clicks with the ad on left side getting the second most. But still the $ made is nothing to write home about...makes about enough to fill a car with gas, maybe.

They ALL say their ads have to be "above the fold", but enforcement is nil, as in, they don't really care (trust me, I've been doing CPM ad networks for almost half a decade now). So don't worry about it, put it wherever you want. Maybe even take off the 468 and replace it with a skyscraper banner where the Adsense sky is right now.

I kind of thought that to be true about the ad placements but was unsure. I would think that as long as the ads just shown and not hidden some where it would be OK.
