    Have you looked at the google heatmap yet?
    http://www.google.com/images/adsense/en_us/support/general_en.jpg

    Try some of the hotter ad placements in the heatmap and checkt to see if your ctr improves.

    Place that 728X90 ad at the top right above the content. The placement is not good now. It's unlikely that anyone will scroll to the footer of the page looking for something to click.

    Moved the 728 to the top
    Relocated the link from the third block down on the left ot the top block
    No AS on the bottom any more....

    Let's see if that make a positive impact!

    Try a block ad in between content. Works very well for improved CTRs.

    I would put the 728 under the 10 new polls area, or stick in rectangle ad in that space. The closer it is to content the better your CTR is going to be.
