    I would say take out that square ad and put in a 468 banner Make the link colors match the links on your site atleast. Put a 160 add in the sidebar. make those colors match too. maybe a 468 or square matching ad at the bottom.

    Take the square out from thee bottom and make it a side banner. Maybe place it between Recent Comments and Recent Posts. Just my 2 cents.
    And whats the CTR on the square at the top?
