Please help improve Arcade Temple's CTR!

    As you folks may be aware, ArcadeTemple recently underwent an extensive redesign. Although I’m receiving several thousand unique visitors a day, my CTR has taken a plunge. Hence, I am here to request the advice of Adsense gurus to help me achieve at least a measly 2% rate. This would recoup my earnings drastically, and allow me to invest further into marketing. What should I change in the current placements? I've placed the advertisements solely under the 'our sponsors' section to curtail any risk of being banned. Is there anything I can change to improve my CTR without jeapordizing my account? I truly appreciate any guidance.

    Well you only have one ad per page on your site right now, which is probably why you have a low CTR.

    I suggest placing another banner underneath the game, just above Game Sponsor. You could also try an ad link just above Our Sponsors.

    Should I clearly distinguish it similar to the Adsense at the top, or just place it directly beneath the games? Any other suggestions?

    add battleon.com to your ad filter.
    i would put the ad in Game Sponsor and a link unit near the top,maybe above Our Sponsors.

    in generally, arcade site does not have high ctr. one of my friends has an arcade site. its ctr is under %1.

    when i look your , i see only one adsense ads on your site. if i were you, i add more ads units and one link unit to my pages

    Thank-you for the suggestions; I added a second unit of advertisements and the CTR is nearing a percent! Given that my earnings have nearly doubled based on that recommendation alone, is there anything else I can improve? Could someone also recommend new means of deriving traffic? I have avoided banner exchanges for the most part as others’ flashy advertisements typically make websites unbearable.
