    Hi DP members
    Please help me find the appropriate script cms
    I want to make a portal about men fashion, posting daily news and articles about it have many photos and text, can display thumbnails or not. Featuring easy to use, lightweight, loads fast, have the ability to customize, good for SEO but still powerful when website growing with more content. I used wordpress, joomla but found it slow and many features I do not need to

    I guess wordpress suits your needs the best.
    Using a light weight theme and optimizing it would do away with the heavy issue.

    Plus wordpress has good scope once your site grows.

    I dont really know what would work best for your site. My suggestion would be to check out http://php.opensourcecms.com/ and go to demos. You can see all the features of the different cms there.
