    You dun need the 468x40 ads in the center... Instead write more content. Also, the link ads at the left sidebar is not necessary too..

    The position of your adsense ads is ok, the problem is that you have too many of them; this is not going to improve your earnings too much as far as I know; so you might want to lower your number of ads displayed or additionally generate more content.

    The amount of content that you have does not require so many ad fields.
