    I just built up a music video blog. But I am not sure if it is against google policy????

    I guess there were a few Video Streaming sites using Adsense. For example - http://www.bannedstuff.net/

    I've never read if it was explicitly banned. Just make sure you give a good text description of what the video is about. Only videos and no readable content should be avoided.
