    Although I tried to change the color of adsense ads, the CTR is still very low. Anybody pls help to give some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    hi sz2006

    try integrate the 336x280 block into the top of the topic list. if you do not do this, i suggest putting 3 boxes above photoshop, database, programming.. and each box fit with 1 ad.

    add horizontal link unit across below your navigation bar in the green header.

    In my opinion your website violates the Google Adsense Program Policies.
    See the attached file. In my opinion you are labeling these ad units.

    I think that is a nice looking site...and it suprises me you haven't got many more clicks. Maybe you should try adding a horizontal ad block at the top, making it look like site navigation links.
