Please helppp is this spam or what?

Can somebody help me and tell me what to do with this user? He post every second on my website.Did he use xhamster or what? I must disable that user because Google will consider my site and ban my url or put me in sandbox?

Maybe i not need to ban him. Ok he post every second on my site about 20 posts. But how i will know he is a spammer or no?
Yes, i can see he use some automat method,but how?
What Google spiders can do to my site if he post every second?
I have captcha in registration, and e-mail verification too. How is that possible to he can submit every second?

 

If he is using an automated tool, I would ban him. If anything, he is using up your bandwidth as well as crapping spam on your site. There is no way a human can post one link per second.

When someone uses an automated tool to spam your account, they are using up your bandwidth. A couple of things can result from this. Sometimes automated tools put a strain on the site which causes it to slow down. Other users may have difficulty accessing the site, and this include search engine robots. Google is now considering site speed in it algorithm, so if your site loads slow it could negatively impact your search ranking.

The other thing that can happen is the guy uses up all of your bandwidth and you get penalized by your web host.

If the person is posting nothing but junk on your site, then that will scare away other visitors because they will think your site is filled with nothing but spam.

 

Ok Arwen this is very helpful.Now i look at this thing on this way:

If i have good bandwith, then if that person post on my site every minute i not need to worried if my site will be slow or not,because if i have good bandwith,memory and disc space.
Now i see why people not like spammers.Spammers only can slow your site if posts are recorded in some short time.
But i not understand how my site can be penalized from search engines and Google, if i have lot of posts in short time.

I just know that that my site can be penalized if i have duplicate content. (What is with other sites with posts with every minut or second?)
Then automated method can only be guilty to my site will be slow.I was think if somebody make automation tool on my site,or myself make automated thing then Google know i was not make that post by myself, and he can penalized me because i am lazy to make posts and articles by myself.
I still can't understand why is automated posts dangerous for my site if i have good bandwith ,disc space, and memory. Only i can say that Google spiders,bots can see that posts on my site are made with automation method. But i as i say before:if i have more and more posts on my site then i have more indexed pages on Google.

And with new every page ,with new every indexed page my site have good place in Google, have good Alexa rank ,best traffic, better PR. Still can't understand why is automated method bad for my site.(if he use x-rumer or any other automated tool)

Arwen your answer is excellent but how i look on this, still don't get it why people hate automated posts when appear on their sites.(more posts on the site then you have better place on Google)

You can use an antispamer plugin. If you use wordpress use akismet. It's free and very good
