    I won't say that with 100% surety. Because, don't you think that the text near the second and third ads tend to draw attention towards the ads? Which is against the Adsense TOS.

    I made it to blend in with the page content. It does look very similar but thats just to blend in.

    iu think it is very nicely done. the ads blend in well and i cant see google saying that is against TOS you have them seperated from the contant so it should be no problem

    there is nothink against the adsense tos. i suggest you to add one ads unit under your main menu. there is a huge space under your main menu. you can fill it with an adsense ads
