    CTR on one of my site is just 0.3% and on some sites its like 2-3%

    It depends a lot of the kind of traffic you get, its low for repeated visitors, and high for search engine visitors.

    repeated visitors know where the ads are, and where the content is, so most probably they'll just ignore the ads.
