    nice placement i would say.but your square ads doesn't fit in either way make it fit with the content make make your content little more discreptive.

    i agree to those who would like to remove the ad block at the bottom. it could be great if you would add some contents near that block if you want to be it there. I don't like those ad link near the menu.

    It looks ok now but I doubt the images in the center because it is near adsense. Pls check google's policy to make it sure.

    you can a nice placement. moving your link unit to the footer may give a better result
