    I like it. Nice job.
    The Ads on the left hand side, maybe you could add some color to the titles of each one.
    You might want to get a couple of small colorful pictures in your website (not near Ads). I like the background but it needs something to spruce it up.

    Aren't you going to add Google Adsense on your Topic view pages? I think that in a forum, the most viewed pages are topic pages so I think you have to monetize them also
