    Definitely blend the colors to match your site. And maybe stick them in between File Upload (2) and File Upload (3).

    IMO it looks a bit strange that the text on the bottom ad's is larger than the other text ad's.

    It looks quite cluttered but I suppose thats understandable as you want people to click them? Site colours and appearance seem okay.
