    The placement for Rectangular ad with so contasting color is not nice. Try to change the layout like 420 or 728 ads instead of rectangular. Rectangular one is good to place inside the postings not in the first page itself.

    you need to blend your leaderbox ads, change the border color,
    make it the same with website background for the table ... gray color.

    Why is it your menu bar is down there, put it right back at the top,
    so that visitors could see it without scrolling down.

    ok, let's put it this way,
    search for "Latest Entries" menu on your blogspot,
    it's in the bottom, that's what I mean the right menu bar.
