    I have put quite some effort with good results (more money and ctr) but the pageviews come down to 3000~per day to about 800 . PLESE HELP. What should I remove?

    nice placement of adsense but u need change the templates.. it's not nice themes :)

    Yeah I agree with Delygun, template isn't pretty :D

    I would also change the ads to blend better with the background :D

    But other than that looks good!

    Make the backgound of the 300x250 banner the same as the background of your site.
    With this theme you can't do much better :(

    I would suggest using smaller ad unit (468 x 60) instead of the long horizontal one on top.. because it cuts off part of the layout, which makes for bad blending.

    placement and colours are good but in my opinion add an ads unit under your main menu (dont use link unit)
