    Hello everyone.

I have recently made a guitar instructional website and I am looking to add adsense ads. I have added one vertical link unit above my navigational menu. I was wondering if I could place that link unit below the 'Guitar Lessons' header but above the actual links or if that was pushing the TOS to much. Would that even increase my CTR?

I'm also looking to add ad units within my content as well. I have heard that putting an ad unit below your header but either above or floating to the left of your content produces the best results. Should I use that general rule.

Thanks for the help and any words of wisdom would be appreciated as well.

The link is http://www.guitarwarp.com (sorry but I can't add live links yet).

It will definitely help a lot if your ads can blend in well to your web content. As long as there are no images to suggest, entice or confuse the visitors to click the ad, that should be ok. Therefore, I don't see any issues if you want to proceed with your plan mentioned by you.
