Please review my ad placement and format

Newbie to adsense here. Please see here: http://www.supriyadisw.net/2006/04/13/gaim-nuovext-icon-set. I need any suggestion about my ad placement and ad format. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I like the small icons above the link bar - looks well integrated.

The text ads integration might be improved if you matched the number of images to the number of adds. In both cases there are 4 images and 3 adds so they look out of line.

I went into an entry full page of your blog, and I love the ad placement! I see you have images on the adlink, the rect. Adsense above the comments, and the leaderboard at the very bottom.

I think it looks great the way you added images next to the Adsense ads. The placement also looks to be very good. Good luck with your site.
