    my CTR is very low (under.5) and a page impression of 800-1200/day.
    Should I change something?

    I guess you should remove the adlink you have on top because it says Ads by google right at the top of your page, it isn't good for CTR.
    you should let the ads show with the ads by google at their bottom right.

    Then what you need to do is remove the "Sponsored Links" heading on your column on the right, you don't have to write sponsored links, there's already ads by google on top of the adlink block.

    Try those two things.

    Under 5% is avarge.
    Under 2 is bad...
    Put the links unit under one post, and above another.
    and beside that, your ads costumize is perfect.
