    Not Bad, but you can make it horizontal instead of vertical [i mean the two ad blocks], a long rectangle just below your two logos...

    The squares don't really fit too well at the top. Try what bnts said and put a horizontal ad at the top and put the square ads somewhere else.

    Ads are doing fine mow but if u can remove the top free space it will look more customized...

    The vertical ad in the right down side > should be changed to horizontally and go under main contents in center
    i think
    the rest is nice
    also the space from top section to your log is way too much
