    Can anyone suggest any other method than adsense that would suit this site.

    Adsense does not seem to pay high for the ads placed on this site.

    Well the cpc actually depends on your niche. No matter what, I still feel adsense is the best bet.
    What you can do to improve the current situation is to try and swap the link unit placed on top with an ad unit instead. Check and see whether this will help before going for adsense alternatives.

    I will give adsense another week I guess, then look for alternatives.

    This site really should generate a lot more revenue with the number of page impression that it gets.
