    Very good in my opinion, they blend in very well.

    Always test though, maybe change 1 unit to blue links and see if it has a higher ctr.

    Very nice indeed. I second Gary's suggestion about experimenting with blue links (it's still very true that people tend to notice blue links much more than any other colour). Another thing you could try out is adding an ad-block to the post-pages of your blog, between the headline and the actual post - this placement has proved to provide an incredibly high CTR.

    Yeah I didn't even notice it when first checking his site. Best to get rid of one (such as the bottom one on your left sidebar) ad unit to avoid any trouble.
