    Hi there. Can you please check out this ad position and tell me if it's against google TOS or not?!

    This is just a quick photochop of one of my sites where I plan to add Adsense.

    And I was wondering if this is allowed ad placing...

    I think its allowed, but I would make sure with someone who regulary checks the AdSense tos as it changes sometimes.

    You should draw a border between Adsense and the image.

    I don't see any problem with it. There is a border with a title above the camera image. I guess you could put a separate border between them, but I don't think it is necessary.
