    I am running my german forum for patients with questions for 3 years now and the earnings are nice.

    However there is always room for improvement

    Please let me know any ideas you might have to optimize my adsense placement

    Then I had to remove a large rectangle from the 2nd post ads.

    I don't really like mixing content with ads in this way but thanks for the suggestion
