    hmm.. Your ads are way below the fold, especially the large rectangle. Try to bring them near the top.
    And make the background of the vertical sidebar ad, white.

    i agree with writiclear, your ads must bring near the top. and i think you have to change your header and logo. make it relevant.

    Put a large rectangle ads below your post's title (above the fold).
    It will increase your CTR.
