    Looks like it's using standard blogger template. Try to customize with unique template and to make the ads blend in.

    Try not to swamp the site in ads. 3 large ads right there really drive visitors away. Work on small ads sizes that blend better along the sides instead of right in the middle. Good luck.

    How come I'm not seeing 'Ads by Google' in your ads? Anything like this is against TOS (as far as I know). Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    To be honest, I didn't liked the ads as I found them to come between content. The left one is giving a bad impression. Try other color combination and location.

    Using some different nice templates will attract more users.
    and blend the ad colors to match with the site theme.
