    My suggetion
    Design = too bright

    About Ad
    you can put an ad-link on top
    your ad color doesnt blend well at all.
    you have to blend the color base on the color of your content and link

    Your site it's way too bright, and lacks design. Also, if I am not mistaken, your search engine ranking can suffer due to keyword spamming. Your site is in dire need of content.
